Published on 04/12/2023

COP28 will showcase 100 startups in the Green Zone that develop innovative solutions, technologies, and products contributing to a more sustainable future by reducing carbon emissions and building resilience.

The Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) will not be limited to the Brazil Pavilion in the BlueZone. This year's climate conference will feature 100 startups in the Green Zone, selected in partnership with the Brazilian Micro and Small Business Support Service (SEBRAE), focusing on innovative solutions addressing climate change and environmental challenges. The platform is called 'Startup Showcase.'

Six startups were selected through specific regulations, with 61 companies participating. These startups will have access to selected contacts of high-growth companies with technological advancements in climate change and environmental challenges. The selected startups will rotate during the first and second weeks, with a day dedicated to technical visits to softlanding programs in Dubai on December 7.
